各地抵达日光城拉萨，拉萨贡嘎机场，导游举牌/献哈达接团，驱车前往市区酒店入住休息适应高原反应。

Arrive at the Sunshine City Lhasa, at Lhasa Lhasa Gongga Airport. A tour guide will welcome the group with a sign and a ceremonial scarf (Hada), then drive to the city hotel for check-in and rest to acclimatize to the altitude.

Go to the Yaowang Mountain Observation Deck andtake a photo at the vantage point that features on the back of the 50 RMB bill .Then, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12.`Embark on a city walk through the ancient Barkhor Street, a circular pilgrimage route. After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the basongcuo, a national aaaaa scenic spot and a national forest park on the way. in tibetan, it means "green water" and is a famous sacred lake and holy site of the nyingma sect of the Nyingma sect .the scenic area integrates snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests, waterfalls and pastures, cultural relics and historical sites, and famous ancient temples. the scenery is diverse and the four seasons are different. famous wild and rare plants gather, making it a paradise on earth and known as the "little switzerland".

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive along the 318 National Highway and pass through the Sejila Pass, where you can enjoy the best observation deck of Namjagbarwa from afar.`If the weather is clear, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the nine peaks.You will then tour the Lulang Forest, a picturesque area of clouds, sea of forests, fields, pastures, flowing water, homes, cattle and sheep...After lunch, you will follow National Highway 318 to reach Galang Lake, located in Runa Village and Galang Village, with a lake surface area of over 15000 square meters. Surrounded by green mountains and towering ancient trees, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the architectural style of residential buildings is unique.

中餐後，環遊【然烏湖】藏東第一大湖，是地質運動活躍形成的堰塞湖。

After breakfast in the hotel,`you will drive to the laigu glacier , one of Tibet's most important maritime glaciers and also the glacier with the lowest altitude in China.`. The main peak is 6800 meters above sea level. It is as clean as jade, with beautiful scenery, various shapes and fascinating beauty.

After lunch, you will take a tour of Ranwu Lake, the largest lake in eastern Tibet. It is a barrier lake formed by active geological movements.

酒店早餐後，驅車途經【古鄉湖】前往魯朗，輕徒步【紮塘魯措】至【高山牧場】，欣賞風吹草低現牛羊的如畫美景。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive through Guxiang Lake to Lulang and hike lightly from Zhatang Lucuo to Alpine Pasture to enjoy the picturesque scenery described by the phrase "the grass bends in the wind, revealing grazing cattle.

Note: This hike is an entry-level standard and will not be too tiring. 

酒店早餐後，驅車經318國道前行。抵達【卡定溝】溝內植被茂密，古木參天，落差 200 米的卡定瀑布從天而下，瀑布中一尊天然形成的大佛。之後沿林拉高速返回拉薩。

After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive along national highway 318 to kading gorge. within the gorge, lush vegetation and towering ancient trees create a serene landscape, where the 200-meter-high kading waterfall plummets from above. a naturally formed statue of the buddha is discernible within the waterfall. afterwards, we will return to lhasa via the linla expressway.

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【羊卓雍措】簡稱羊湖，湖面積675平方千米，湖面海拔4,441米。

沿環湖路前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河東部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約90分鐘，演出人員共計800餘名。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to `Yamdrok Lake (often referred to as Yamdrok Yumtso or "Yang Lake"). The lake covers an area of 675 square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.

Then, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the Karola Glacier, the eastern source of the Nianchu River, one of the three continental glaciers in Tibet.

In the evening, you will watch thethe "Princess Wencheng" epic live show, which tells the historical story of the marriage between Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty and the Tubo king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago. The whole play is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes and a total of more than 800 performers.
